Our Volunteer Programme
Our volunteer programme at Inspiring Women Network Cornwall is designed to be flexible and supportive, offering a variety of roles to fit your interests and availability. You can join our team and help with workshop delivery, event planning, marketing and communications, mentoring support, community outreach, or general administrative tasks. Time commitments vary, ranging from a few hours a month for occasional help to several hours weekly for more involved projects. We also offer short-term, event-specific opportunities. We understand your time is valuable and aim to work with your schedule.
To ensure you feel confident and prepared, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. All volunteers receive an initial onboarding session, introducing you to our mission and values. You'll also get role-specific training tailored to your chosen area, and a dedicated volunteer coordinator will be available for guidance. We encourage networking and skill development, and we value your feedback. We regularly recognise and appreciate the contributions of our volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive community.
