Express Yourself!
This week, we’re inviting you to join us for The Art of Your Heart — a gentle, playful and expressive creative workshop where we’ll explore how drawing, colour, shapes and movement can help us connect with and express our emotions.
You don’t need to be “creative” or know how to draw. This workshop is all about the process, not the finished picture. There is no right or wrong way to take part!
Through guided meditation, visualisation and intuitive drawing, we’ll explore ways of expressing our feelings without needing to find the right words. You might create fast zigzags to release frustration, gentle circles to find calm, or something completely unexpected!
