Women's Conference 2026: Economic Empowerment

IWN's Women's Conference 2026: Our Work. Our Worth. Our Future.

What is women's work worth, and who gets to decide?

This year's conference explores women's work in all its forms: paid work and enterprise, leadership and ambition, unpaid care and the work that keeps families and communities going.

We'll look at the opportunities women are creating, the barriers that continue to shape our choices, and the wider systems, from pay and progression to care, financial security and access to opportunity, that affect women's economic lives.

Our Work. Our Worth. Our Future. is about recognising the value of women's work, asking whose work is seen and rewarded, and creating space to think together about what needs to change for women to thrive.
