Menopause Programme Information Session

Are you interested in learning more about our Menopause Programme? 💡 Whether you're already considering joining or just curious to know more, we invite you to a special information session this Sunday from 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm!

This is the perfect opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and find out how the programme can support you on your menopause journey. 🌸

The programme gives you 12 hours and 15 minutes of guidance and support both in-person and online. Additionally, participants will be given practices to weave into their lives to support their growth with the work.
