About the event

Welcome to Senara’s Sister Relaxation Programme, a transformative journey with Helen Kelynack.

Embrace self-care in the challenging month of January with our Relaxation Programme. Designed to counter post-holiday blues, financial stress, and the pressures of New Year expectations, join us for six weeks of guided relaxation, breathwork, and mindfulness led by Helen, a clinical hypnotherapist and a wellness advocate with over 16 years of experience in the NHS. Take a proactive step towards a mindful and tranquil start to the year.

About the Programme:

Week 1, Sunday 14th January: Introduction

Join us as we delve into stress and anxiety, and understanding how Breathwork and guided relaxation can be powerful tools to help. Learn to tune into your own body and practice optimal breathing, followed by a beautiful guided relaxation session.

Week 2, Sunday 28th January: Calming

    Cost:: Everyone is welcome to join in this pay-what-you-can programme. We recommend a payment of £5, but we acknowledge that this may not be feasible for everyone. We kindly ask you to be honest and contribute what you can afford, allowing us to maintain our pay-what-you-can model. Your support enables us to sustain our workshops and work. Places are non-refundable but transferable. If you can't make it, share this transformative experience with someone else!
