Welcome to Senara’s Sister Relaxation Programme, a transformative journey with Helen Kelynack.


Embrace self-care and join us for six weeks of guided relaxation, breathwork, and mindfulness led by Helen, a clinical hypnotherapist and a wellness advocate with over 16 years of experience in the NHS. 


About the Programme:

Week 1, Sunday 22nd September: Introduction

Join us as we delve into stress and anxiety, and understanding how Breathwork and guided relaxation can be powerful tools to help. Learn to tune into your own body and practice optimal breathing, followed by a beautiful guided relaxation session.


Week 2, Sunday 6th October: Calming
