Theme: Looking Ahead With Positivity 🌟

As we step into the fresh canvas of a new year, join us for an uplifting exploration of tools and techniques to cultivate a positive mindset. This isn't your typical January goal setting session! Discover the art of envisioning your future with optimism, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. We will explore what is currently holding you back from achieving a positive mindset, then learn and embrace techniques to allow your positive mindset to become the 'go to'!

The session is designed to spark engaging discussions and provide actionable ideas that you can incorporate into your daily life. Guiding these sessions is Emma Casey, an experienced and accredited master coach dedicated to building your endurance mindset and helping you reconnect with the best version of yourself. Emma specialises in helping people take control of their mindset so they can perform at their best under the toughest and most challenging conditions.

During this session, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Share your experiences and insights about self-care.
  • Learn from others and gain valuable tips on enhancing your wellness.
  • Participate in engaging discussions about the importance of Wellbeing.
  • Discover how to develop a positive mindset to support your wellbeing journey.
