Welcome to Senara’s Sister Relaxation Programme, a transformative journey with Helen Kelynack.
Embrace self-care in the challenging month of January with our Relaxation Programme. Designed to counter post-holiday blues, financial stress, and the pressures of New Year expectations, join us for six weeks of guided relaxation, breathwork, and mindfulness led by Helen, a clinical hypnotherapist and a wellness advocate with over 16 years of experience in the NHS. Take a proactive step towards a mindful and tranquil start to the year.
About the Programme:
Week 1, Sunday 14th January: Introduction
Join us as we delve into stress and anxiety, and understanding how Breathwork and guided relaxation can be powerful tools to help. Learn to tune into your own body and practice optimal breathing, followed by a beautiful guided relaxation session.
Week 2, Sunday 28th January: Calming
Reflect on what to let go of and what you want more of in your life through simple journaling prompts. Discover your soul goals for the upcoming year. Bring calm to your nervous system with a calming breathing technique and experience a serene guided relaxation.
Week 3, Sunday 11th February: Nourishing
Nourish your mind, body, and heart. Continuing with the calming breath, then practicing a lovely breathing technique called the nourishing breath. Reconnect with yourself through this breathing pattern, followed by a beautiful guided relaxation.
Week 4, Sunday 25th February: Gratitude
Explore the power of gratitude journaling and its impact on overall well-being. Engage in Heart Coherence breathing to bring your body into coherence, evoking feelings of joy, peace, and gratitude. Conclude with a beautiful guided relaxation.
Week 5, Sunday 17th March: Grounding
Learn simple grounding breathing techniques to bring yourself back to the present moment. When our minds race to the what if’s, too far in the future or racing back over the past, these techniques will bring you to the present moment, followed by a beautiful guided relaxation.
Week 6, Sunday 31st March: Reflection
Reflect on the transformative journey, revisit preferred techniques, and reflect on your soul goals. and how taking small steps towards your aspirations can help you get there. Conclude the programme with a deep guided relaxation.

Cost:: Everyone is welcome to join in this pay-what-you-can programme. We recommend a payment of £25 for all 6 sessions (or £5/session) , but we acknowledge that this may not be feasible for everyone. We kindly ask you to be honest and contribute what you can afford, allowing us to maintain our pay-what-you-can model. Your support enables us to sustain our workshops and work.

About Helen Kelynack
With over 16 years of experience working in the NHS in a variety of roles from working within a Health Visiting team and to practice Nurse, Helen has always championed and encouraged wellbeing for women. Having experienced mental health struggles herself, Helen used hypnotherapy and breathwork to regain her confidence and rediscover her true self and now shares this with women everywhere.
Helen founded Senara’s Sister to empower creative successful women who are lost or stuck in business or life. Specialising in working with stress and anxiety, using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, coaching skills and breathwork, Helen is able to help women foster strength and self-compassion, approaching the next chapter of their lives with courage and embarking on new beginnings.
