Join us this February for a heartwarming journey into the practice of self-love! In a world that often emphasises outward gestures of affection, it's essential to take time for self-care and appreciation. This month's Ways to Wellbeing session will delve into the empowering realm of self-love, offering tools and insights to foster a deeper connection with yourself.

The session is designed to spark engaging discussions and provide actionable ideas that you can incorporate into your daily life. Guiding these sessions is Emma Casey, an experienced and accredited master coach dedicated to building your endurance mindset and helping you reconnect with the best version of yourself. Emma specialises in helping people take control of their mindset so they can perform at their best under the toughest and most challenging conditions.
During this session, you will have the opportunity to:

Note: This is a WOMEN ONLY event.
Cost: Everyone is welcome to join in this pay-what-you-can programme. We recommend a payment of £5, but we acknowledge that this may not be feasible for everyone. We kindly ask you to be honest and contribute what you can afford, allowing us to maintain our pay-what-you-can model. Your support enables us to sustain our workshops and work.
