About the event

Description:

Weekly workshops every Friday (term-time only) 10 am until 12 pm.

Firday 26th April:

Art as Therapy Workshop

In this workshop, participants will engage in a unique exercise of drawing shapes with their eyes closed, allowing intuition and instinct to guide their hand.

With eyes shut, participants will be encouraged to let go of preconceived notions and connect with their innermost thoughts and feelings. As shapes emerge on the paper, we will explore the hidden meanings and symbols that may surface, inviting reflection and introspection.

This workshop offers a safe and supportive space for self-expression and discovery, inviting participants to tap into their creativity and intuition to gain deeper insights into their inner landscapes.

All materials will be provided.
